Lunina provides reflective tarot guidance, spiritual journaling tools, and AI-assisted interpretive experiences. The service is intended for personal reflection only and is not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, financial, mental health, or crisis support services.

We may update features, pricing, reading structures, credit rules, or account safeguards over time in order to improve safety, sustainability, and product quality.

Each eligible new account currently receives a one-time welcome credit. After that, readings, deep unlocks, and follow-up experiences may consume credits according to the pricing information displayed in the product.

Credits, memberships, and reading history are tied to your account. Purchased credits are non-transferable. Membership benefits, if active, remain subject to the plan terms displayed at purchase and may be updated for future billing periods.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charge for the selected package or membership plan.

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively refund prior successful charges.

Refund requests, billing disputes, or wallet correction requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance with payment issues.

Lunina combines application-controlled card drawing with AI-generated interpretive output. While we aim to provide a thoughtful and high-quality experience, we do not guarantee that any reading will be accurate, complete, or suitable for important life decisions.

You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on any reading, follow-up answer, or roadmap content generated through the service.

You agree not to automate abuse of the reading flow, resell the service without permission, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.

You must not use Lunina to harass others, evade account or payment restrictions, scrape private product data, or create fraudulent or duplicate accounts to exploit free access or onboarding credits.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access where necessary to protect users, infrastructure, model costs, or the integrity of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunina is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific outcomes, or error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on readings or generated interpretations.
